Welcome to the Official Izumicon Photoshoot Schedule!
To have your photo shoot added to the schedule, please email your request to email@example.com. You’ll need to include three preferred time slots and locations. Also please include the time length of your photo shoot. The request must also include the name and email address of the person managing the photo shoot. If there’s a conflict in the schedule, the shoot manager will be contacted directly. If you would like to include the name of the photographer, you are welcome to send their name and contact info as well.
Private photoshoots do not need to be submitted to this photoshoot schedule
You will need to find and coordinate with a photographer on your own; Izumicon does not provide photographers.
Spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the schedule link to review open slots before submitting your request. The times are setup on the half hour, but if you want to set a time on the quarter hour, include that in your request.
The schedule will be updated at least weekly before the convention. If you have any further questions, feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Izumicon is a 3 day Anime convention that takes place at the Cox Convention Center and Renaissance Hotel Downtown in Oklahoma City, OK.
Izumicon happens annually at the beginning of January and is a celebration of Japanese Culture and Anime, Pop Culture, and Gaming.
